Is there an additional charge for the personalization and/or the
        design painted on the product?
        
        No - the prices include personalization and artwork.

        Are items handpainted?

        Yes - all artwork and names are handpainted, original designs.

        If I see a design I like on a product, can I get that design on any
        other product?

        Yes!  Any design can be painted on any product.

        Does the paint come off easily?

        No - the painting is finished with a clear spray to resist wear and
        tear

        What is your return policy?

        Because each item is custom designed and personalized, there are
        no returns.  If there is a problem with the item, and it is my
        mistake, I will ship you a new item at my expense.

        How much are shipping charges?

        Shipping charges are calculated by amount as follows:
        up to $10 = $3 shipping and handling
        $10.01 - $20.00 = $5 shipping and handling
        $20.01 - $35.00 = $7 shipping and handling
        $35.01 - $50.00 = $9 shipping and handling
        $50.01 and up = $11 shipping and handling
        The rope handle giant tub and rectangular jumbo
        bin on the "Teacher Gifts" page have a flat rate of
        $12.00 shipping and handling due to the items' size.

        How long will it take to receive my item?

        I will paint, pack, and ship your item within a week of receiving
        your order.  Shipping could take up to an additional week.  Most
        orders will be received in less than two weeks.  If you need your
        order by a certain date, please let me know - I may be able to
        move your order up the list and get it to you faster.

        How is my order shipped?

        Most orders are shipped using domestic ground services via
        the US Postal Service.

        Is there sales tax on my order?

        Florida residents pay 7.5% sales tax.

        Do you accept credit cards?

        Yes - you can use a credit card or your bank account, or you
        can sign up for a FREE PayPal account and pay via PayPal.
